For Renters
If you think that the outfit is not clean or was delivered in already damaged condition, you can ship back the outfit at no cost to you. Please report the issue within 6 hours of delivery using the reporting tool.
Yes, we require lenders to maintain quality standards. If a lender delivers an outfit that doesn't meet our standards, they are responsible for the return shipping costs and may face penalties. We have a verification process to ensure all outfits meet our quality guidelines before being listed.
We use Shippo to create shipping labels for you. Once you've selected an outfit, we'll generate a prepaid shipping label that you can print. The outfit will be delivered directly to your address, and you'll receive tracking information via email.
Returning is simple! When your rental period is ending, log into your account and select 'Return Item'. We'll generate a prepaid return shipping label through Shippo that you can print. Package the outfit in the same packaging it arrived in, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location. Once the package is scanned, your rental period officially ends.
For Lenders
If you receive your outfit back in a damaged condition, please report the issue within 6 hours of delivery using the reporting tool in your dashboard. Take clear photos of the damage, and our team will review your claim. The security deposit from the renter may be used to compensate for damages based on our assessment.

Terms and Conditions
Please review our terms and conditions before renting or lending outfits.
For Renters
50% of the lending charges would be used as security deposit, which would be refunded after successful return of the outfit.
If there are any minor fitting adjustments needed, please use fashion tape or no sew hacks. Any stitching would be considered as a damage.
Any damage or spill to the outfit may cause forfeiture of the security deposit.
Platform is not responsible for any delays.
Your clock for the number of days would start from you receiving the outfit and would end at the label scan at USPS office.
If outfit is never returned, cost of outfit will be charged on renter's credit card.
Each day's delay will cause $25 cost per day.
For Lenders
Ensure outfits have been professionally dry cleaned before shipping out to renter.
Platform is not responsible for any damage to the outfit.
25% listing fee would be deducted from the lending charges.
